(1) The Corporation's net assets of not less than 30 million yuan (limited liability company, the net assets of not less than 60 million yuan).
(2) the cumulative total amount of bonds does not exceed 40% of the net assets of the Company.
(3) In the last 3 years average distributable profits sufficient to pay the interest of corporate bonds a year.
(4) to raise funds to invest in line with national industrial policy.
(5) the interest rate of the bonds shall not exceed the level of interest rates prescribed by the State Council.
(6) other conditions stipulated by the State Council.
