Lawyer Xu Chang Qing

Lawyer Mr. Xu Chang Qing, a male who graduated from Anhui University with the Bachelor of Law Degree in 1998, and from Xiamen University with the Master of International Economic Law Degree in 2001, is a member of JIUSAN Society and Fujian Law Assotiation. He passed the United National Lawyer Qualification Examination of PRC in 1999 and commenced his practice of law at Dadao Law Firm from May, 2001 till March, 2003, after that he became a full time lawyer of The Universal Legal Corp. He is specialized in litigation and non-litigation affairs about finance and security, which includes company's establishment, dissolution and bankruptcy; enterprise's investment, financing, recombination and coming into the market; realestate project developing; and business negotiation, etc.
