Lawyer Lin Guo

Lawyer Mr. LinGuo, a male who was born in 1970, Pingtan Fujian Province, graduated in 1992 from Xiamen University with the Bachelor of Law Degree. He obtained the Lawyer Qualification through the United National Lawyer Qualification Examination of the PRC in 1995. In April, 2003, Lin took part in and completed the course of "Contract and Legal Consultation Writ Writing and International Business Negotiation Skills" held by All China Lawyers Association.
Before Lin commenced his practice in law, he held a post in a HongKong real estate company and a subsidiary of a ministry owned foreign trade company successively. He has accumulated much practical experience in the aspects of foreign investment, real estate development and operation, and foreign trade,etc. Lin began his work as a lawyer since May, 1997. Before coming to the Universal Legal Corp. in March, 2003, Lin was a full time lawyer and copartner of Xiamen Hongxin Law firm.
During several years' practice of law, Lin has dealt with a great many criminal, civil and economic cases, and accumulated rich experience in litigation and non-litigation affairs, especially in dealing with disputes in real estate, foreign investment, maritime, foreign work cooperation, and foreign trade and in company's legal affairs. Besides, he is also good at preventing risks and disputes for enterprises.
