Lawyer Hu De Dong

Lawyer Mr.Hu De Dong, a male who was born in 1970 graduated from Nanchang University with the Bachelor Degree of Law. After graduation Hu worked in People's Court of Jiangxi Reijin at the economic court, criminal court, and civil court and became a judge in 1997. From June, 200 to October 2002, Hu was the Legal Department Manager of Xiamen NIWEIERKE company. After that he commenced his work as a lawyer.

During his work as a jugde, Hu has accumulated rich experience in the litigation of civil law, contract law, criminal law, and litigation law, etc..Hu has published more than 30 essays of different fields in "People's Court Daily", "Legal Daily", "Law and Life", "Jiangxi Legal Daily", "Gannan Daily", and "Ganzhou Evening", etc.

Hu is very familiar with enterprises' management, establishing companies' regulation and management system, improving companies' legal framework and operation procedure, drafting and testing legal document, dealing with affairs concerning litigation, arbitration and mediation, coordinating relationship between companies and government, providing legal training to the stuff, and helping enterprises with risk prevention, etc.
