Lawyer Deng Ji Biao

Lawyer Mr. Dengjibiao is a male who graduated from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. He has participated in courses for graduate students in Xiamen University. These studies endowed him with well-knit knowledge in the fields like corporation law, finance, security, accounting and taxation.
After graduation, Deng started his work of producing an inventory of assets and verifying funds, researching and developing new financial product and operation, and became a financial manager in a state-owned commercial bank. Then he held a post of item manager and counselor in a financial advising company where he provided services about investing bank. He commenced his practice of law since 2001, and accumulated rich practical experience in enterprises' restruction, companies' merger and acquisition, planning for companies' entering into the market, taxation designing, and assets and debt recombination.
Deng has a lot of working experience and wide professional knowledge. Right now he possesses the titles of financial economist and accountant and the qualification of security broker, investment analysis, issuing and underwrting securities, and also counselor for enterprises.
Deng is a member of both the Chinese Bar and the CPA Association.
